Horseshoe Creek Farm and Florals was born from a deep love and connection to soil and stone, an eye for beauty, a side of grit, a dose of hope and a bit of luck. Nestled between 1,230 acres of the protected public lands of Holbrook Island Sanctuary and the raw beauty of Horseshoe Cove where the sea eventually gives way to a tidal creek, sits a humble little farmstead excited to offer you seasonally grown flowers and homegrown goods from our hearts to your hands. Our business is freshly sown, and like a seed in its infancy entering into its germination stage of growth, we are absorbing, inhaling and exhaling as much information, education and experience as we can to fuel and energize us in our new roles as land stewards and business owners.
